Welcome to Upper SDC

Hello, I am Mrs. Diecidue.

I am proud to serve as the upper grade Special Education teacher at Gisler Elementary, supporting students in grades 3–5 across all core subjects in the specialized day class setting. With over two decades of experience, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every student can thrive.

My teaching focuses on individualized instruction, evidence-based interventions, and developing IEPs that address each student's unique strengths and needs. Through differentiated instruction and a strengths-based approach, I work to foster confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning in every child I serve.

I am honored to be part of the Gisler Elementary community and remain committed to advocating for and empowering all my students.
