Talbert Principal, Jay Adams Named ACSA Dr. Janice Billings Award Winner
Fountain Valley, CA, March 26, 2025:
The Fountain Valley School District is excited to congratulate Talbert Middle School Principal Ms. Jay Adams for being named the ACSA Region 17 Dr. Janice Billings Awardee. She is one of 21 school administrators countywide to be selected for an ACSA Administrator of the Year recognition.
The Dr. Janice Billings Award was created to celebrate and honor an administrator who demonstrates exceptional leadership in the area of student advocacy, especially in advocating for students who face exceptional circumstances and obstacles. This special group of educators thrives on the challenge of educating today’s children for a future we can’t even imagine. They help students realize their dreams and instill in them the hope of a strong and stable future. They develop strong connections and relationships with others and find innovative and creative ways to support the needs of the students and staff they serve. They are dedicated professionals who have earned our respect and admiration.
